TMJR Productions Inc. offers an optional insurance policy to protect ticket holders in the event they are unable to attend the Hawaii Elvis Festival. Please note that the insurance applies to your entire order. The policy applies exclusively to tickets purchased through TMJR Productions Inc. and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Coverage Periods & Refund Percentages
Up to 8 Months Prior to Event (on or before May 11, 2026):
Patrons who have purchased insurance and cancel within this period will receive a 100% refund of their ticket purchase.
Between 7–4 Months Prior to Event (May 12, 2026 – September 10, 2026):
Patrons who have purchased insurance and cancel during this timeframe will receive a 50% refund of their ticket purchase.Within 120 Days of the Event (on or after September 11, 2026):
No refunds will be issued. Coverage is no longer valid once the 120-day window begins.
2. Eligibility
Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking through TMJR Productions Inc.
Refunds are processed only to the original form of payment.
3. Exclusions
Insurance does not cover travel expenses, accommodations, or any additional purchases outside of the ticket price.
Refund requests outside of the above-stated timelines will not be honored under any circumstances.
4. Claims Process
To submit a claim, ticket holders must provide proof of purchase and notify TMJR Productions Inc. in writing within the eligible time period.
All claims will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
To begin your insurance plan, we will charge a one-time 10% payment plan fee based on your total order.

NOTE: YOU MUST CALL OUR BOX OFFICE IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THIS SERVICE, DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR TICKET THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
How It Works:
On the 15th of every month, TMJR Productions will automatically process a payment using the card we have on file for your order. At the time of purchase, you may select a 6-month plan.
Please note that the payment plan applies to your entire order. For example, if you purchase multiple tickets together, the plan will cover the full order—it cannot be applied to only certain tickets within that order.
To begin your plan, we will charge your first installment along with a one-time 5% payment plan fee based on your total order.
Important Details:
If your payment declines or fails on the 15th, you will have 15 days to settle your balance. If payment is not resolved within that time, we will unfortunately have to release your seat(s), and no refund will be issued.
This payment plan is designed to make attending the festival as stress-free as possible while keeping your reservation secure.

TMJR Productions offers a complimentary Roommate Helper program to assist festival attendees in finding compatible roommates, making lodging more affordable. By matching people based on preferences such as budget, gender, smoking status, and sleep habits, we simplify the search and help split room costs so you can reduce your overall expenses. The service is free to use: just provide your basic profile and accommodation needs, and our team will connect you with potential matches and facilitate introductions. Whether you're attending alone or looking to lower costs with friends, our Roommate Helper makes securing shared lodging easier and more economical.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non refundable and non transferable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal circumstances, illness, travel issues, weather conditions, or changes to the event schedule, performers, or format.
Events may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or modified due to weather, public health concerns, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled or modified event, and no refunds will be provided.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you accept all risks associated with attendance, including exposure to illness, and agree to the full terms and conditions listed in our No Refund Policy.
