Q. (VA Festival 2025) I purchased pre-sale passes, when will my card be processed?
A. As of now, all pre-sale purchases should be processed. Due to delays in artwork, scheduling, and other matters beyond our control, we have been unable to process any purchases for pre-sale tickets. We do apologize and appreciate your patience.
Q. If I purchase festival passes or tickets, are they refundable?
A. No. Unfortunately once you purchase a pass/ticket, we are unable to offer refunds. We will, to the best of our ability, work with all of our customers to insure your satisfaction. Our company does offer a program where in the event you are unable to attend a festival/show, to sell your ticket on your behalf which then would result in a full refund minus service charges and fees once someone else has bought that particular ticket.
